Before founding MJJV, James founded a management advisement firm focused on sustainable and human-centric business solutions. His experience in advising private, public, and social impact sectors shaped his ability to navigate complex challenges—an expertise he now applies to real estate.
James worked closely with real estate developers, architects, and contractors, consulting on design implementation and project execution. This role strengthened his insight into property valuation, investment strategy, and construction oversight, which he now leverages to provide homeowners and investors with seamless real estate solutions.
James’s leadership extends beyond the business world. As a veteran officer in the U.S. Army, he served as a Task Force Engineer, where he managed large-scale projects and led teams in engineering, infrastructure, and crisis response.
